Due to the nature of digital products and instant downloads, there are no refunds, exchanges and/or cancellations. Please refer to listings carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us here.

Physical Products (Planner Stickers)

As each item is printed and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges and cancellations once your order has been placed. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know immediately by contacting me at [email protected].

Refunds and exchanges are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please email me [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll resolve it for you as soon as possible.
