  • The graphics by dokii studio are authorised for PERSONAL or NON-PROFIT PROJECTS WITH ATTRIBUTION CREDIT only, without any potential monetary gain. Personal use projects should not be affiliated with any business or organisation. When sharing your completed project on social media, please ensure proper credit is given by mentioning @ dokii studio
  • It is strictly prohibited to sell, give away, rent, sub-license, or transfer the printable files or the rights to use them to any other individual. Additionally, copying the original files or utilising any part of the files to create new designs for resale, whether in digital or printed form, is strictly prohibited.

About Digital Downloads

Digital Downloads are instant downloadable files, available in Digital Stickers for digital planners or Digital Printables for self-printing. No physical print will be shipped. Please check that the type of files included in the download is compatible with your software and needs before making a purchase.

Also, please ensure that the email used to make the purchase is accurate and can receive email. dokii studio is not responsible for any digital downloads that are not sent due to incorrect email addresses.

Digital Stickers

Instant downloadable digital files. No physical items will be shipped.

What are digital stickers?

Digital stickers are graphic images that can be used within digital planners and note-taking apps, such as GoodNotes and Notability. They provide a fun and convenient way to decorate and organise your digital notes and planners.

What app/software do I need to use your digital stickers?

Our digital stickers work on both iOS and Android devices that support digital planner apps, and some apps even have a desktop version for non-tablet users. You can use our stickers on various devices and apps that allow image imports, just make sure your chosen app can handle PNG files.

Our stickers are designed specifically for use in digital note-taking apps like GoodNotes, Notability, OneNote, Xodo, and more, and they work well with iPads and styluses.

Please be aware that the apps themselves are not included with your purchase; you’ll need to buy them separately from their respective app stores.

Colours might appear slightly different depending on your monitor settings.

What formats are the digital stickers available in?

Our digital stickers come in PNG format and are pre-cropped with transparent backgrounds to ensure seamless integration into your digital planners. A complimentary GoodNotes file is also included and ready to use.

How do I use digital stickers in my digital planner?

To use digital stickers, simply import them into your chosen digital planner app, and copy and paste them on your planner pages like you would with physical stickers. Included in each purchase is an instructional Welcome PDF with screenshots. If you still need help, feel free to drop me a message and I’d be happy to help!

Can I resize the digital stickers?

Yes, you can easily resize the digital stickers to fit your planner layout or preference. Simply drag to enlarge or shrink the images. Please keep in mind that these digital stickers are primarily intended for digital planning purposes – enlarging them excessively might result in pixelation.

Where can I find and download the purchased digital files?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with download links. You can also access your downloads through your account.

The files are saved as “.zip” files so you will need to unzip/extract the downloaded files before you can use the files. Your PC or Mac computer should have an inbuilt zip file extractor but if you need, you can download the software Winzip to unzip the files.

I do not recommend you download and unzip the files using a tablet or your smartphone as some of these do not have inbuilt unzipping capabilities.

Can I print your digital stickers?

You may print our digital stickers for your planner/personal projects if you prefer, but it is strictly for personal use only. Please note that our digital stickers are designed for digital use and may not print well due to their lower resolution. Also, the printed colours may slightly vary to the appearance on your screen, depending on your screen resolution, brightness and printer settings.

For self-printing, we recommend our digital printables.

Can I use these digital stickers for purposes other than digital planning?

Certainly! Our digital stickers can be used for various purposes, including creating educational materials, designing presentations, and more.

Can I refund, exchange or cancel my order?

Due to the nature of digital products and instant download, there are no refunds, exchanges and/or cancellations. Please refer to listings carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us here.

Digital Printables

Instant downloadable digital files. No physical items will be shipped.

What are digital printables?

Digital printables are downloadable files that you can print at home to create physical items like planners, journals, classroom resources, and more.

What formats are the digital printables available in?

We offer our digital printables in five formats, carefully designed to ensure that your printing and cutting experience consistently delivers high-quality outcomes. All files are sized to letter size dimensions (8.5″x11 inches).

Here are the available formats:

  1. PDF file featuring subtle offset cut outlines for precise manual cutting (using scissors or a craft knife)
  2. PNG transparent file – suitable for use with Cricut machines.
  3. PNG black-out transparent file – specifically designed for tracing.
  4. PNG sticker-only file to pair with the black-out file above.
  5. Bonus Free .studio3 file with pre-defined cut lines – tailored for use with Silhouette machines.

To bring these printables to life, you’ll require a cutting machine like a Cricut, Silhouette, or manual cutting tools such as scissors or a craft knife.

What type of paper should I use for printing the digital printables?

For optimal results, we recommend using high-quality printer paper or cardstock. Opting for thicker paper not only enhances the durability of your printed materials but also contributes to a superior finished product. When you proceed with printing, kindly make sure to choose the suitable paper type and select the ‘best quality’ option to ensure optimal results.

What print settings should I print the digital printables?

TIP: Please do not print the JPEG, PNG or PDF files in your Internet Explorer or Chrome or Safari (or other) web browser.  It will enlarge the stickers and will distort the sizing.  Open your files from the folder where you downloaded and saved the file and select print after doing that.

Unless specified, please print at actual size (100%), and select the ‘Best Quality’ option and the appropriate corresponding paper type setting for optimal results.

Can I print the digital printables multiple times?

Absolutely! Once you’ve purchased a digital printable, you can print it as many times as you want, allowing for endless creativity. A friendly reminder that all dokii studio products and designs are for personal use or non-profit use with credit (attribution) only, not for sharing or commercial use.

How do I access my purchased digital printables?

Planner Stickers & Stationery

Physical printed sticker sheets shipped from the UK.

Where do you ship from?

We are a small business based in the United Kingdom!  All of your happy mail are lovingly wrapped and sent out from the UK ♡

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, additional customs charges may occur upon delivery to your country. Customs charges are not included in your postage costs and it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover these separately. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before placing your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

How long before my order gets dispatched?

All dokii products are made to order and dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding public holidays). An order confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours after your order is received. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.

After dispatch, how long does delivery take?

That all depends on your country! If you live in the UK, after your item has been shipped, deliveries can take anywhere between 2-5 business days. For everywhere else, delivery times can vary between 5-21 business days. 

To keep purchasing and delivery costs as affordable as possible, we use Royal Mail Standard delivery as default for both UK and International orders, which do not provide a tracking number for your purchase.

For swift delivery and peace of mind, we highly recommend upgrading to tracked delivery at checkout which will include tracking details. 

Please note that International orders may be subject to additional Customs fees and delays so kindly account for this extra delivery time – this is especially true during busy holiday seasons!

Are there any Custom fees and taxes?

For dokii physical products that require shipping, an additional customs and tax fee may occur on international orders outside of the UK. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases before placing your order.

How can I track my parcel?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If you do not receive this tracking reference number, please contact us and we will provide it. We recommend proactively checking the information inside the link regarding any Custom updates and notifications.

Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?

As each item is printed and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges and cancellations once your order has been placed. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know immediately by contacting me at [email protected].

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please email me [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll resolve it for you as soon as possible.

What do I do if I receive a faulty or wrong product?

We are committed to ensuring every customer is happy, that’s why every dokii product is made with love and care and from creation to dispatch. Having said this, whilst rare, mistakes can happen!

If there is a quality control issue with your order, please email us [email protected] with a photo and description of the fault so that we can get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
